With support for Resideo’s L1 Wi-Fi Water Leak and Freeze Detector, L2 Wi-Fi Water Sensor and Switch, and L5 Wi-Fi Leak Shutoff Valve, RemoteLock now enables property managers to detect, monitor, and respond to water-related incidents in real time.

This integration allows users to:

  • Monitor device status, including battery levels and connectivity
  • Assign and organize devices by unit or area
  • Receive real-time alerts via email or SMS, with support for multiple recipients
  • Review detailed event logs to assess incidents quickly

For multifamily and vacation rental managers, smart leak detection supports regulatory compliance, lowers insurance risk, and helps ensure a seamless resident or guest experience. It’s one more way RemoteLock continues to automate on-site processes, giving managers greater control and peace of mind — all from a single dashboard.
