RemoteLock unveils integration with RealPage

Integration bolsters remotelock’s automated access control solution to streamline turnovers and operations at multifamily properties

DENVER, CO,. March 21, 2024. RemoteLock today announced that its integration with RealPage Property Management Software is now live. The integration enables RealPage users to automate access control to every door on a property, simplifying turnovers and streamlining maintenance service requests.

RemoteLock’s software platform enables time-saving automations for multifamily property managers by simplifying property-wide access control. The integration works in the background with RealPage to automate managing access to any door on a property during unit turnovers or as needed for ongoing maintenance service requests.

Once configured, RealPage users continue to use RealPage to complete their routine workflows for resident access and service requests. RemoteLock’s platform operates in the background to completely automate the recurring and time-consuming tasks related to access control management by syncing lease-related details and data from service requests from RealPage to access credentials in RemoteLock.

True integration with intuitive setup and simplified management

After initial set-up, access credentials are automatically issued and revoked as needed.

Automated access for residents

When new residents are approved to move in or transfer units via RealPage, access permissions are automatically granted. The same happens when residents move out: access is automatically revoked.

Automated access for routine or emergency maintenance

Whether for maintenance needs during turnovers, preventative maintenance needs or during emergencies, the integration syncs data from service requests to create and revoke time-bound access codes for maintenance staff and vendors.

"RemoteLock is committed to making properties more efficient and bringing meaningful time savings to property managers," said Nolan Mondrow, CEO of RemoteLock. "Our integration with RealPage delivers on that promise by automating the most tedious demands of granting or revoking access to residents, staff and vendors, especially during unit turnovers."
