Key Features
LibCal provides individual QR codes for each space and seat. Patrons can simply scan the QR code on their mobile device or tablet and navigate directly to the designated booking page. This makes booking and checkin/checkout on mobile devices a breeze.
Users can find their perfect space based on capacity, accessibility options, available equipment, physical location,etc. Define applicable attributes and availability for each space, making it easy for patrons to book the right space at the right time.
Combine the Space Booking module with our Interactive Mapping module so patrons can navigate the library spaces via maps and see bookable rooms’ availability in real time. With just a few clicks on the map, patrons can find – and then book – their space!
